An established company in the cosmetics and beauty sector, with strong physical retail presence in shopping malls, is looking for a professional to serve as Regional Supervisor—leading teams and ensuring operational and commercial excellence across its units. **Areas of Operation:** * Maringá (2 stores in downtown Maringá and Avenida Center Shopping Mall) **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise operations across multiple stores within the designated region * Lead, develop, and monitor sales team performance * Ensure achievement of commercial goals and performance indicators * Manage results, inventory, and store organization * Maintain service standards and customer experience * Support recruitment, training, and employee development processes * Develop strategies to boost sales and customer loyalty **Requirements:** * Prior retail management experience (preferably in beauty/cosmetics) * Experience leading teams and managing performance metrics * Willingness to travel between stores * Proactive, results-oriented profile with strong leadership skills **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: BRL 3,500.00 + 40% trust position allowance * Variable compensation based on goal attainment * CLT or PJ employment options (negotiable) * Transportation voucher (CLT only – 6% deduction) * Meal voucher worth BRL 250.00 (up to 20% deduction) * Life insurance * Dental care plan (after probation period) * Company product discount program (after probation period) * Maternity kit * Birthday day off * Educational partnerships (IPOG, Anhanguera, and PUC) * Gympass Compensation: BRL 3,500.00 – BRL 4,900.00 per month Benefits: * Dental care plan * Education assistance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
