Investigation of internal and external deviations **Job Description:** ---------------------- \-Prepare and analyze loss reports to identify causes, trends, and opportunities for improvement in internal processes; \-Develop prevention strategies based on collected data and support executive decision-making; \-Monitor and track procedures related to returns, breakages, damages, cancellations, discounts, and other incidents impacting company performance; \-Conduct inventory reviews of products nearing expiration or damaged, identifying root causes and proposing corrective and preventive actions; \-Monitor and analyze stock accuracy indicators for products intended for sale, ensuring data reliability and contributing to the reduction of discrepancies and losses; \-Investigate internal or external deviations by verifying documentation (e.g., invoices) and transaction records. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed high school education Prior experience in loss prevention and/or auditing Retail industry experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- Meal allowance (R$28.00 per working day); Attendance bonus: R$120.00; Dental plan (after probation period); Partnerships with universities; Partnership with SESC; Afternoon coffee at the office; Transportation allowance. **Work Location:** ---------------------- Av.
