Job Summary: We are looking for an attentive and responsible professional to monitor store areas, oversee store opening/closing procedures, and report incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Security and process monitoring in a store environment. 2. Support for auditors and incident communication. 3. Requires knowledge of Office, especially Excel. #### **About the position:** * If you are attentive, responsible, and enjoy working in security and process-related roles, this opportunity is for you! #### **Main responsibilities:** * Monitor store areas through periodic virtual patrols; * Oversee store opening and closing procedures; * Identify, communicate, and record violations of company policies and procedures; * Support store auditors during customer interactions; * Report incidents to relevant departments and complete incident reports. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Basic knowledge of monitoring and image analysis; * Analytical and problem-solving skills; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Knowledge of Office (especially Excel) is a plus. #### **Desirable qualifications (a plus):** * Prior experience in CCTV monitoring or security; * Basic understanding of loss prevention; * Availability to work different shifts, if required. #### **Work schedule and hours:** * From 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM\.
