We're eagerly awaiting your arrival! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Mount and dismount tires on various types of vehicles; * Perform static and dynamic wheel balancing to ensure driving stability and comfort; * Carry out steering and suspension alignment using specialized equipment; * Conduct preventive maintenance diagnostics, identifying wear and potential failures in brakes, suspension, steering, and tires; * Perform corrective maintenance on brake, suspension, and steering systems, replacing parts and adjusting components; * Inspect the overall condition of vehicles and report repair needs to the customer or technical consultant; * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards; * Use tools and equipment correctly, ensuring their proper maintenance; * Complete service orders and technical reports clearly and accurately; * Participate in technical training and updates for professional development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Technical course in Automotive Mechanics, Automotive Maintenance, or related fields (preferred); * Proven experience as an auto center mechanic, with focus on tire services (mounting, balancing, alignment); * In-depth knowledge of suspension, steering, and brake systems; * Proficiency in operating tire mounting, balancing, and alignment equipment; * Ability to accurately diagnose mechanical issues; * Knowledge of workshop safety standards and procedures. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, business hours, and Saturdays until noon. * **At Cantu INC, you'll have access to these benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * TotalPass; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Zenklub platform – emotional health and wellbeing support; * Partnership with Petlove – benefits for your pet. **Inclusive position also available for people with disabilities.** We are the technology and logistics platform enabling comprehensive tire solutions—guiding buyers and supporting sellers.
