Job Summary: Professional responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance of air-conditioning systems, electrical and hydraulic installations, masonry works, and furniture repairs, as well as assisting in building maintenance oversight. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of systems and facilities 2. Support across various areas of building maintenance 3. Work in dynamic and multifunctional environments Assist and perform corrective and preventive maintenance on the company's air\-conditioning units, and ensure proper operation of the company's environmental refrigeration systems and facilities; Perform masonry services as required by the company, as well as upon request from coordination and management; Assist and perform electrical installation services up to 440V; Assist and perform hydraulic installations and maintenance; Provide support in furniture maintenance and repair according to company needs, as well as upon request from coordination and management; Assist and perform maintenance and monitoring of the company's internal electrical distribution panels; Perform and accompany building maintenance technicians during preventive maintenance activities in the following categories: Electrical, distribution boards, civil works, and air conditioning.
