Responsibilities: \- Investigate and analyze workplace accidents, proposing corrective and preventive actions. \- Provide support and follow up with injured employees, including hospital referrals when necessary. \- Conduct risk analyses across company environments and activities. \- Deliver mandatory and awareness-raising training, such as CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee), Emergency Brigade, pallet truck operation, electric forklift operation, and Daily Safety Talks (DDS). \- Schedule and monitor occupational health examinations (pre-employment, periodic, and termination exams). \- Support and accompany audits and inspections related to occupational safety. \- Monitor safety checklists (fire extinguishers, emergency signage, and other mandatory items). \- Manage the distribution and use of uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). \- Support and accompany technical visits. \- Plan and organize internal safety-focused events, such as SIPAT (Internal Week for Accident Prevention). \- Deliver onboarding training for new employees with emphasis on safety. \- Maintain control and organization of occupational safety documentation. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety * Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Clear and concise communication * Proactivity * Organization * Sense of responsibility * Ability to influence and guide others **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **PCD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- * Breakfast * Lunch at the company * Attendance bonus: BRL 300.00 * Benefits package: BRL 200.00 * Pharmacy discount program (after 3 months) * Production bonus of up to BRL 150.00 * 50% tuition assistance (after 1 year, subject to internal policies) * Annual Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) * Environment that encourages learning and development **Work Location:** ---------------------- OBJETIVA IND E COM DE EMBAL PLASTICAS LTDA (ANA ROSA UNIT) **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 19:00 **Additional Information:** --------------------------- The company is located at Rua Ataúlfo Alves, 1800, Parque Tarumã, Maringá/PR.
