We are seeking a professional to work as a Monitoring Operator, responsible for continuously monitoring systems, processes, and operational incidents, ensuring prompt identification of atypical situations and providing support to involved teams **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform real-time monitoring of systems, cameras, and operations; Identify failures, irregularities, and operational incidents; Record information in the system and open tickets when necessary; Notify responsible teams to address incidents; Prepare operational reports and controls; Monitor KPIs and maintain constant communication with involved departments; Ensure compliance with internal procedures **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education; Basic computer skills; Good communication and organizational skills; Ability to work effectively in a team; Strong concentration and quick decision-making ability; Availability to work rotating shifts and schedules. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Prior experience in monitoring, CCTV, tracking, logistics, or operational support; Knowledge of monitoring systems and incident response systems. **BENEFITS:** Meal allowance
