During the program, participants will study topics related to the labor market and also learn in practice the reality of a cooperative organization.  Administrative routines \#LI\-JP **Responsibilities and Duties** * The apprentice youth must attend theoretical classes taught by Sicredi's partner educational institution on the scheduled days and times. * In addition, for practical learning at Sicredi, the apprentice youth will perform support activities in administrative routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or having completed high school * Age between 16 and 24 years old * Reside in Marialva or nearby locations * Availability to work Monday through Friday for 4 hours per day **Additional Information** Workload: 4 hours daily, totaling 20 hours weekly Monday through Friday, from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM **Nice to meet you — we are Sicredi.** Our journey began over 120 years ago as Brazil’s first cooperative financial institution.
