




Job Summary: A professional responsible for physicochemical analyses, equipment operation, solution preparation, and quality control in the production of syrups and beverages. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform physicochemical analyses for quality monitoring. 2. Operate Blender equipment and make necessary adjustments. 3. Prepare CIP solutions and ensure correct use of concentrates. Description: * Perform physico\-chemical analyses for quality monitoring (simple syrup, final syrup, prepared syrup, and beverage) and implement necessary adjustments. * Operate Blender equipment, replace IBCs (concentrate containers), implement necessary adjustments, and report anomalies to the process coordinator. * Prepare CIP (clean-in-place) solutions for use in the syrup plant, water treatment, filling lines, and cleaning/regeneration of sand filters, carbon filters, and ion exchange columns. * Perform CIP and external cleaning of tanks, process equipment, and piping. * Open syrup production orders in the SAP system to record production data. * Prepare laboratory solutions for acidic concentration analysis in final syrup. * Ensure proper segregation and correct quantities of concentrate kits, juices, and beverage bases used in final/prepared syrup production. * Halt the process in case of anomalies that may affect the quality of syrup, beverage, or prepared syrup. * Other duties related to the position.
