STUDENT MONITOR Job Mission Support segment coordinations in the educational management of students to ensure effectiveness in the teaching-learning process. Responsibilities Monitor the student body, tracking arrivals, departures, and movements outside classrooms, to contribute to organization and discipline within the school context; Guide students and parents, when necessary, by informing them about school regulations to support safety and smooth daily operations; Assist with late student arrivals and early departures, guiding procedures to ensure students enter classrooms safely and depart securely; Support daily school operations by helping organize classrooms and meet pedagogical needs, ensuring service quality; Provide initial response in adverse situations through dialogue and guidance to involved parties, supporting normal school routine; Deliver items and relay messages to classrooms, adhering to internal scheduling so as not to interfere with pedagogical processes; Maintain school facilities, infrastructure, and equipment, guiding appropriate usage to ensure quality of learning spaces and materials; Remain vigilant for unusual activity (e.g., unfamiliar persons or students), intervening as needed to ensure safety and discipline in the school environment; Perform other tasks compatible with daily school operations, demonstrating initiative and proactivity in response to needs, thereby contributing to the quality of educational services provided.
