Job Summary: Responsible for verifying purchase order balances, estimating material requirements, controlling inventory and equipment, and managing logistics and warehousing at construction sites. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory management, Kanban, and verification of received materials. 2. Equipment control and maintenance, waste monitoring. 3. Supplier evaluation and logistics and warehouse-related activities. Verify purchase order balances, estimate material requirements, and check pending invoices. **Request equipment maintenance, material transportation, and fuel supply. Control equipment location, monitor waste as well as DMR and MTR.** * Manage inventory, Kanban, and verify received materials. Evaluate suppliers and perform other tasks * as directed, and carry out logistics and warehouse-related activities for construction sites. * Store materials appropriately and clearly labeled, complying with quality procedures for materials, ensuring materials remain undamaged and ready for use, with easy accessibility, so as not to affect the final product quality. * Inspect and verify fixed equipment assigned to the site, monitor tools in use, manage rentals, maintenance, idle time, and ensure availability, preservation, and proper operation. **Requirements**: Minimum experience in this role within the construction industry; completed high school education; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. * **Preferred**: Familiarity with Mega System.
