This professional will be responsible for conducting technical site visits, risk assessments, preparing legal documentation, delivering training, and providing technical support for contract management. **Job Responsibilities** * Conduct technical site visits and field assessments at client companies; * Identify risks and support the implementation of preventive measures; * Prepare and review technical documents, including **PGR, LTCAT, reports, and assessments**; * Support the coordinating physician in implementing and managing the **PCMSO**; * Conduct training sessions in accordance with current **Regulatory Standards (NRs)**; * Monitor PGR action plans and propose preventive improvements; * Implement and monitor the **CIPA** at client companies; * Provide technical support, clarify doubts, and advise clients; * Support the commercial team with technical information and joint site visits, when required. **What We Expect From You** **Knowledge (K)** * Solid understanding of key **Regulatory Standards (NRs)**; * Familiarity with occupational safety consulting processes; * Proficiency in preparing and managing occupational health and safety (OHS) documents (PGR, LTCAT, reports); * Basic knowledge of PCMSO and its integration with the medical area; * Basic proficiency in tools such as Word and Excel. **Skills (S)** * Ability to analyze risks and propose preventive solutions; * Clear, instructive, and professional communication in client interactions; * Organizational skills for managing documents, site visits, and deadlines; * Ability to deliver training and conduct technical guidance; * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively. **Attitudes (A)** * A preventive mindset and problem-solving orientation; * Empathy and a supportive attitude in client interactions; * Technical responsibility and attention to detail; * Commitment to deadlines, quality, and legal compliance; * Alignment with RC’s core values: ethics, technical excellence, and care for people. **Requirements** * Completed qualification as an **Occupational Safety Technician**, with active registration; * Valid driver's license **AB**, and willingness to travel; * Availability for external assignments at client locations. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in consulting or serving multiple clients; * Experience implementing CIPA and delivering training; * Experience working for occupational health and safety (OHS) companies or SESMT departments.
