Participation in mandatory theoretical activities Job Objective To provide youth with opportunities for professional and personal development through practical and theoretical activities, contributing to their training and supporting the company's administrative/operational routines. Main Responsibilities * Assist with departmental administrative routines. * Organize and archive physical and digital documents. * Support telephone and in-person customer service (when necessary). * Update spreadsheets and internal systems. * Assist in inventory or materials control (where applicable). * Support the team with daily operational tasks. * Participate in mandatory theoretical activities of the apprenticeship program. Requirements * Age between 14 and 24 years (in accordance with current legislation). * Currently enrolled in or having completed elementary or high school. * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite). * Good communication, organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
