Additionally, we offer online services such as delivery tracking, pickup scheduling, transit time calculation, invoice inquiry, access to digitalized proof-of-delivery documents, and quotation requests—providing greater convenience and transparency for our customers. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise unloading/loading of goods arriving at or departing from branches, partners, and customers; * Direct the team of verifiers and loaders, supervise their activities and working hours, and evaluate departmental productivity; * Monitor operational incidents daily and report them to the immediate supervisor; * Distribute goods to adjust the itinerary, by route and region; * Distribute goods by location within the branch and monitor loading by affiliated carriers; * Perform other duties relevant to this position. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in less-than-truckload (LTL) freight operations; * Experience in team management; * **Availability to work the shift from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.** **WE OFFER:** Competitive salary commensurate with the position; Benefits package: Meal allowance, Basic food basket, Co-payment health plan, Dental plan, Gympass, Pharmacy discount program, Day off, Childcare allowance, and Life insurance.
