SSMA Monitoring Assistant

Description

Monitor risk events identified by embedded technology systems and vehicle telematics; Analyze incidents related to behavioral risk elements specified in internal policies, client policies, and legal requirements; Classify and record events according to technical criteria and procedures established by the carrier and its clients; Perform immediate interventions when applicable (contact with driver and/or leadership); Issue formal notifications and impose disciplinary penalties in accordance with the current Disciplinary Action Policy; Forward incident documentation and penalty records to SSMA responsible personnel and involved leadership; Prepare operational reports and performance indicators related to monitored events; Support identification of behavioral trends and propose preventive actions; Ensure traceability and organization of evidence (images, videos, and system-generated reports); Act in alignment with the company’s Safety, Health, Environment, and Road Safety guidelines.
