Collaboration with procurement, engineering, and planning departments **Job Description:** ---------------------- Manage the headquarters warehouse (CDE), maintaining rigorous control over material, tool, and equipment receipts, issues, storage, and transfers; Serve as a reference for site warehouse clerks, supporting process standardization, control, and best practices in storage and management; Develop, manage, and control material, tool, and equipment withdrawals and deliveries, maintaining rigorous tracking of item location, usage, and return; Monitor material requirements across construction sites, facilitating communication between warehouses and the procurement department; Monitor, control, and manage logistics for item movement between construction sites and headquarters, ensuring appropriate material dispatch and timely fulfillment of site requirements; Manage, analyze, and control inventory reports submitted by construction sites, identifying inconsistencies, evaluating optimization opportunities, and proposing improvements; Conduct, analyze, and control headquarters inventory; Prepare reports on movements and stock control, focusing on continuous process improvement; Support construction teams in physically organizing warehouses according to company guidelines; Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and planning departments to ensure proper material flow; Track material requirements for each construction site, guaranteeing timely supply aligned with activity planning; Develop control reports and performance indicators for the warehouse department; Ensure compliance with internal safety, quality, and environmental standards in storage and handling processes. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Relevant work experience; Basic knowledge of inventory control, storage, and material handling.
