Description

Job Summary: Performs assembly and disassembly of aluminum metal formwork for concrete walls, following specific modular systems and procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Work involving assembly and disassembly of metal formwork 2. No literacy requirement; leadership support provided Execution of marking, assembly, disassembly, and cleaning of aluminum metal formwork for concrete walls. Initial assembly follows apartment color coding and numbering; corners and two panels are separated, mold release agent is applied, and pins and wedges are inserted to prevent wall collapse; subsequent assembly proceeds strictly according to numbering until all walls are closed. Install EQLS (radii and pins) to initiate ceiling formwork assembly. Install ceiling panels (FL) following project modular specifications and immediately shore the ceiling with props. Apply wall-mounted faquetas to proceed with external formwork assembly; then install sleeves and begin facade assembly.
