Key Highlights: 1. Review of tender documents and PCMSO to ensure legal compliance 2. Responsible for accrediting clinics and negotiating budgets 3. Full management of exam scheduling and return of test results **Tender Document Review:** Verify information related to occupational medicine specified in the tender document and compare it with the current PCMSO. If submissions are pending, contact the clinic and forward the reports to the client. At month-end, generate monthly scheduling reports and cross-check them against clinic reports to reconcile billed versus performed services, then submit the final report to the finance department. **Exam Scheduling:** Support exam scheduling requests, including answering client inquiries, performing scheduling, entering ASOs into the system, returning ASO results to clients, and submitting e\-social filings. **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency by suggesting changes or updates to the scheduling system, aiming to optimize time and resources. **Deadline Compliance:** Ensure all exams are scheduled and results returned within established deadlines, respecting client needs as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
