Supervision of security operations and systems Industry Hiring Requirements: * Team Management: Lead, train, and organize work schedules for security guards, doormen, and inspectors. * Strategic Planning: Analyze risks, develop security protocols, and create Emergency Plans. * Monitoring and Control: Supervise the Operations Center and CCTV systems to identify threats. * Operational Duties: Investigate incidents, issue daily reports, and implement corrective measures. * Client Relations: Attend to clients, represent the security company, and manage contracts. Requirements: * Experience: Proven experience in the private security field, often as a supervisor or inspector. * Education: Courses in asset security and private security management. * Competencies: Leadership, decision-making ability, strategic vision, and cost control. Additional Information: * Salary: R$ 3\.580,00 \+ R$ 1\.074,00 hazard pay * Meal Allowance: R$310,00 * Fuel Allowance: R$100,00 or Transportation Allowance; * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:30, and Saturday, 08:00 to 12:00 Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$4\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel Allowance * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
