Join us and help deliver the unique experience we offer our customers, keeping our products always fresh and of high quality. **Requirements**: Working hours: 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM Experience in the role; Proven experience as a pizzaiolo; Proficiency in pizza assembly and finishing; Efficiency and organization in the workplace; Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays; **Desirable**: Experience assembling and finishing pizzas using pre-baked dough; Efficiency in high-volume production and assembly; Skill in standardizing fillings (quantity, distribution, and presentation); Basic knowledge of ingredient shelf-life control and storage; Attention to detail in pizza finishing and presentation; Ability to work well in teams and follow standardized procedures; **Responsibilities**: The pizzaiolo will be responsible for assembling and finishing pizzas using pre-baked dough, ensuring consistent quality standards, efficiency, and appealing presentation. Duties include monitoring oven time and temperature, maintaining workspace organization, preparing ingredients, and complying with hygiene regulations.
