Responsible for appropriately serving customers, minimizing inventory at the lowest possible cost, and reducing obsolescence risks and inventory costs. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Billing * Mass Returns: Return of invoices \- entering and justifying invoice returns in the SAP system. * Account settlement. * Daily billing. * Control of receipt stubs. * Printing of Account Statement report. * Customer view. * Printing of Real Invoices (Freight Letter) * Report generation. * Execution of invoices. * Performing other related duties. **Profile Requirements:** * Availability for work schedule; * Shift: Mon–Fri 5:00 PM–1:20 AM and Sat 1:00 PM–9:20 PM * Must reside in the region; * High school diploma required; undergraduate studies preferred; * Intermediate-level Excel / Microsoft Office knowledge required.
