We are seeking a professional to manage the Business Unit, implementing and executing area processes. The role is responsible for ensuring production, quality, safety, organization, and service excellence in the Facilities segment. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise the process and completion of all services within the unit, ensuring excellent customer service while fully complying with contractual obligations; * Analyze and monitor all qualitative and quantitative results within the unit’s scope to optimize its operations, including developing action plans, formulating strategies, and creating and innovating initiatives that improve unit performance and customer service; * Be responsible for annual budget planning and development for the unit, ensuring it is achieved—and improved—throughout the year; * Manage the team by applying HR processes and policies, including recruitment, onboarding, and task assignment. Establish clear communication and promote technical, behavioral, and occupational health and safety training. Ensure an engaged, up-to-date, and productive team; * Operate a large-scale hospital cleaning operation with approximately 100 employees. Main Requirements: * Academic qualification: Completed undergraduate degree in Nursing with active registration at COREN; * Prior experience in Hospital Units; * Proven experience in leadership, development, and management of multidisciplinary teams; * Driver’s license; * Personal vehicle. Preferred Qualifications: * Postgraduate degree in Sanitary Surveillance will be considered an advantage. Work Schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM, Monday through Friday.
