### **Job Requirements**
• Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Experience in technology positions or prior work in recruitment consulting with a focus on IT;
• Familiarity with technical vocabulary;
• Well-developed skills in persuasion, engagement, and empathy.

• Proactively attract, identify, and screen professionals using recruitment tools to match both technical and behavioral requirements of open positions;
• Contact candidates to introduce the company, position benefits, and job-related challenges, thereby generating interest in participating in the selection process;
• Prepare candidate summaries—including resumes and interview assessments—for submission to Sales/Client teams;
• Conduct interviews and administer tests or other evaluation techniques when necessary;
• Gather information about candidates’ professional experience and references to assess past performance and alignment with company culture and values;
• Apply negotiation skills to identify candidates’ expectations and needs regarding their current role and the company’s offer;
• Clearly present position benefits—including professional development opportunities, challenges, and growth prospects.
