Multidisciplinary collaboration within development squads We are hiring a Mid-Level UX/UI Analyst to ensure that digital products and services are intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable for users, delivering positive experiences. We understand that the following knowledge is required for this role: • Bachelor's degree in IT or Communications; • User research; • Usability analysis; • Creation of personas and user journeys; • Wireframing and prototyping; • Usability testing; • Interaction and interface design; • Multidisciplinary collaboration within development squads; • Accessibility evaluation, iteration, and continuous improvement; • Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
