Job Summary: An established company is seeking a Human Resources Analyst to fully engage in all HR subsystems—from Recruitment and Selection through to Organizational Culture. Key Highlights: 1. Active participation in building organizational culture and internal marketing **An established company in Maringá/PR seeks a Human Resources Analyst for on-site work, possessing full technical capability to manage HR subsystems:** * Lead Recruitment and Selection processes—from profile alignment through to onboarding; * Support and lead Training and Development initiatives—including needs assessment, planning and organizing activities, developing content and materials, facilitating training sessions, and evaluating effectiveness. * Manage Organizational Climate—conducting climate surveys and action plans. * Develop and monitor Performance Evaluation programs—including experience-based assessments. * Support leadership in people management by providing strategic guidance and assistance. * Design and track HR metrics. * Participate in building and reinforcing Organizational Culture. * Execute Internal Marketing and employee engagement activities. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and current labor legislation. * Support continuous improvement and organizational transformation projects. * In the absence of the HR Payroll Manager, provide support for hiring, payroll processing, terminations, and benefits administration (payroll closing is not required, as accounting firm support is available). **Requirements:** * Proven prior experience in the activities described above. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields. * Availability for on-site work in Maringá, Monday through Friday, during business hours (40 hours per week). ***Benefits:*** * Salary negotiable; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Education assistance; * Wellhub; * Reduced working hours (40 hours per week).
