This includes coordinating production teams, monitoring production progress, resolving issues, and adjusting resources as needed; Goal Achievement: The production supervisor is responsible for meeting established production targets. This involves monitoring performance indicators such as productivity, efficiency, quality, and delivery deadlines, and implementing corrective actions when necessary to ensure target achievement; Team Management: The production supervisor supervises and guides the production team, ensuring team members align with company objectives and perform their duties effectively. This includes task assignment, employee training and development, conflict resolution, and promotion of teamwork. Additionally, they contribute to decisions regarding hiring, promotions, dismissals, vacations, and individual development plans; Quality Control: The production supervisor is responsible for ensuring the quality of manufactured products. This involves establishing and enforcing quality standards, implementing quality control procedures, conducting product inspections and tests, and resolving quality-related issues; * Process Optimization: The production supervisor continuously seeks ways to improve production process efficiency and productivity.
