Monitor store goals and performance results. Organize work schedules and task distribution. Ensure high-quality customer service. Support the team in sales and problem resolution. Manage store organization, restocking, and layout. Oversee store opening and closing procedures. Assist in inventory control and stocktaking. Train and guide new employees. Report results and incidents to management. Position located in Londrina / PR. Previous experience as Sales Supervisor, Store Coordinator, Branch Manager, or Sales Team Leader may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. High school diploma required.
