




**Mandatory Requirements:** * **Be located in Maringá - PR** for the position * Complete High School education **Differentiator:** * Technical degree in Plastics, materials or mechanics **Skills**: * Team spirit, Commitment, Interpersonal skills, Motivation, Good communication, Attention to detail, Willingness to learn. **Activities to be performed**: * Operate using all recommended PPE for the function, assist in assessing and identifying unsafe process conditions, signaling or stopping production if necessary; * Start production after mold installation, or after clearance from any other event or stoppage (e.g., after preventive maintenance); * Perform machine checklist according to its technical sheet to verify if any parameter is outside specification; correct any out-of-spec parameter. If a parameter must remain outside specification to meet product requirements, document it in the designated changes field on the technical sheet and inform the supervisor; * Adjust injection machines based on information from the technical sheet when a quality deviation is reported by the Production Assistant or Quality Analyst, applying the same criteria used during the machine checklist; * Report the need to remove the mold for repairs or production change; * Adjust manipulators, setting addressing, positioning, and adjustments for part removal from the mold and machine, placing parts onto conveyors or specific equipment; * Check machine irregularities when safety alarms sound, performing minor repairs when necessary, or contacting the appropriate support area (Maintenance / Tooling / Mold Change / Quality / Feeding) to resolve or assist with the production stoppage; * Monitor injection machines, conveyors, manipulators, robots, and general equipment for irregularities, evaluating their performance during production, and when necessary, open a corrective maintenance request via the Sigma System (create a service sheet), follow up and confirm the maintenance result; * Support mold change operations when requested by the Mold Changer or Instrument Technician; * Clean machines, removing oil residues and dirt, keeping the work area clean and organized; * Review daily scrap reports and impacts from your mini-area, conducting group analysis, contingency actions and corrective actions, requesting support from supervisors or support areas when needed to address deviations; * Participate and assist in leading mini-area meetings at the beginning of the shift, filling out control indicators and jointly analyzing with team members the causes and solutions for indicators not meeting targets, using APS tools as methodology; * Participate in the company's 5S program; **Benefits**: * Food allowance of R$ 600.00 or Basic food basket of R$ 248.00 + Card worth R$ 352.00; * Profit-sharing linked to attendance: R$ 1,000 paid in October and R$ 900 paid in March; * Gympass; * On-site meal; * Unimed Health Plan – (Monthly fee R$ 66.00 per person, 50% co-payment, consultations cost R$ 28.53); * Odontoprev Dental Plan (Monthly fee R$ 14.00); * Language learning platform (after 12 months); * Partnerships with educational institutions (after 12 months); * Life Insurance.
