Our purpose is to **create new smiles every day**, and we achieve this guided by a cultural journey and a Protagonist & Learner mindset, which transforms our employees into a **high-performance team.** **Position located in Curitiba/PR.** **What can you expect from your day with us?** * Machine parts (using CNC equipment) according to the provided design; * Control dimensions of machined products; * Check whether cutting tools are fit for use in the process; * Report (record) production; * Check calibrators and/or devices, as specified in the control plan; * Perform dimensional corrections using equipment whenever necessary; * Operate grinding and sharpening machines, performing adjustments, calibrations, and parameter control per technical specifications. **What do you need to have or know?** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a CNC Machine Operator; * Knowledge and/or prior experience with grinders or sharpening machines; * Familiarity with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, profile projectors, etc.); * Training in CNC Operation and Programming or Mechanical Technical Education; * Full availability to work with us on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts; * Availability to work with us at CIC. **What will you find here?** * National health insurance plan, extendable to dependents; * Dental insurance plan; * Gympass; * Meal allowance; * Food voucher or on-site cafeteria at factories; * Transportation allowance, shuttle service, or parking subsidy; * Private pension plan.
