Join this team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and execute internal communication initiatives, such as newsletters, institutional campaigns, bulletin board announcements, mobile app messages, videos, corporate events, and administrative signage. * Develop content for external channels (institutional website and social media content; press releases; press statements; and institutional materials). * Support communication efforts for SSMA (Health, Safety, and Environment) campaigns, employer branding, sustainability, and agro-industrial planning. * Manage relationships with the media and other stakeholders. * Ensure correct use of the company’s visual identity and institutional positioning. * Produce, review, and approve institutional texts, ensuring clarity, standardization, and grammatical accuracy. * Support the organization and promotion of corporate events, community initiatives, and commemorative dates. * Monitor communication metrics (engagement, reach, internal perception). * Collaborate with internal departments to support strategic initiatives. * Safeguard the confidentiality of corporate information. * Oversee contracted communication agencies/producers to ensure briefing planning/execution and SAC 2\.0 service (social media post responses). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Multimedia, Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations, Public Relations, or related fields; * Knowledge of organizational communication, business writing, and institutional writing; * Knowledge of corporate identity, internal marketing, employer branding, and graphic design; * Digital communication tools and social media platforms; * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); * Proficiency in editing software, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and CapCut. **Additional Information** #### **Benefits** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Group Life Insurance; * On-site Restaurant Meal Plan; * Employee Association; * Houses under Loan Agreement (available for select locations); * Recognition Program; * Food Allowance.
