Job Description: * Familiarity with SAP system; * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Availability to work rotating shifts and flexible schedules; * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate specialization in People Management is a plus; * Prior experience in industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance; * Proven experience leading technical teams; * Knowledge of planning, scheduling, and controlling maintenance work orders; * Experience diagnosing failures, performing root cause analysis, and resolving issues in electromechanical systems; * Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; * Ability to interpret technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and equipment documentation; * Basic knowledge of industrial automation (sensors, motors, control panels, PLCs, and frequency inverters); * Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as lubrication routines; * Familiarity with maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability, maintenance efficiency); * Ability to propose technical improvements, participate in modernization projects, and implement technological innovations; * Strong analytical skills, decision-making ability, and capability to drive continuous improvement processes; * Proficiency in delivering training, providing feedback, managing attendance records, and monitoring organizational climate. * Lead, guide, and execute electrical and mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring technical support to the team, timely completion of maintenance work orders, and alignment with production plans. * Assign, monitor, and ensure execution of maintenance tasks, proposing equipment, process, and procedural improvements to reduce downtime and increase productivity. * Monitor and participate in implementing continuous improvement and technological innovation projects across industrial facilities. * Recruit, develop, and supervise the team, identifying training needs and participating in promotion and termination decisions. * Monitor task execution, correct deviations, provide continuous feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to foster development, engagement, and efficiency. * Manage working hours, time-off banks, documentation, and vacation scheduling for the team, ensuring record compliance and applying disciplinary measures when necessary. * Ensure safe working conditions, monitor organizational climate, and promote improvement initiatives. * Define team roles, goals, and objectives, aligning efforts with company strategies. * Communicate internal policies, allocate resources, and fully coordinate electrical and mechanical maintenance activities to ensure operational continuity. 2512130202201918135
