Electromechanical Assembly Supervisor

Description

As an Electromechanical Assembly Supervisor, your responsibilities will be according to the activities described below: * Repair and installation of general electrical systems; * Lead industrial electromechanical infrastructure assembly; * Installation, certification and validation of reliability of industrial electrical installations, including sensors, motors, electrical panels, medium voltage cubicles, transformers, etc; This position is exclusively for external services, involving frequent travel to various locations across the country, with availability of at least 60 days away from home being essential. **Responsibilities:** * Perform diagnostics of electrical faults and implement effective solutions. * Install and configure electrical systems and equipment according to technical specifications; * Collaborate with the engineering team in identifying improvements and upgrades in electrical systems; * Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and applicable regulations; * Maintain accurate work records and report progress to supervisors; **Requirements:** * Desired: Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Industrial Automation or equivalent; * Previous experience as a supervisor in an industrial environment; * Solid knowledge in medium and low voltage electrical systems; * Class B driver's license; * Familiarity with industrial instrumentation and control; * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams; * Availability for frequent travel and fieldwork; * Commitment to workplace safety; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; **Benefits:** * Competitive salary; * Additional benefits: Dental plan; * Hazardous duty allowance; * Meal allowance (R$ 813.00\); * Food and accommodation costs covered by the company during external services; * Training and development opportunities; * Collaborative work environment with professional growth opportunities; Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Pay: R$3\.200,00 \- R$4\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Housing assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher
