Job Summary: The Designer is responsible for developing and detailing projects, ensuring quality, production feasibility, and continuous product improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in the development and detailing of complete CAD projects. 2. Focus on continuous product improvement targeting performance, ergonomics, and cost. 3. Interface with production, engineering, and quality departments in an industrial environment. The Designer is responsible for developing and detailing projects, ensuring quality and production feasibility. Engages in continuous product improvement, focusing on performance, ergonomics, and cost. Maintains direct interface with engineering, production, and quality departments in a dynamic industrial environment. Responsibilities: * Development of complete CAD projects; * Technical detailing for manufacturing; * Definition of constructive solutions; * Design of welding fixtures / masking devices; * Improvement of existing products, targeting performance, ergonomics, and cost; * Interface with production, engineering, and quality departments. Requirements: * Proficiency in technical drawing software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar); * Knowledge of manufacturing processes (welding, machining, cutting, bending); * Knowledge of production processes; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Analytical, organized, and solution-oriented profile. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the fitness segment or metallurgical industry; * Experience in product development
