




Job Summary: Manage and monitor import processes from shipment to delivery, including documentation, quotations, and coordination with suppliers and customers. Key Highlights: 1. Full support for customs clearance and nationalization **Main Responsibilities:** Execute operational management of import processes, monitoring shipments, verifying and controlling documentation, updating and communicating with suppliers, agents, and customers. **Responsibilities:** Maintain and update internal spreadsheets and systems; Prepare import simulations; Obtain international and domestic freight quotations; Review and request corrections to international documents (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificates), ensuring compliance for customs clearance; Prepare required documentation for customs clearance, submitting it to the customs broker and monitoring release with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service; Manage the shipping process, performing relevant registrations, developing payment schedules, monitoring production, and forwarding release expenses to the customer; Handle nationalization of goods, preparing summaries and operation calculations to support issuance of invoices (NFs) and coordinating cargo release at the port; Coordinate delivery of goods to the customer’s facility; Close the process by preparing and sending the operation dossier and reconciling with the customer. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields; Experience with import processes; Basic knowledge of customs clearance; Intermediate proficiency in computer skills / Microsoft Office; Availability to work on-site in Arapongas/PR, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM. **Benefits:** Commission; Meal allowance of R$22.00 per working day; Co-payment health plan (Unimed) — monthly fee fully covered by the company; Tuition assistance; Discount at partner gyms; Daily workplace gymnastics; Internal marketing initiatives and wellness programs.
