Job Summary: The Technical Support Advisor will analyze documents and product specifications for tender notices, providing internal and external technical support throughout tender processes. Technical assistance to internal and external teams Job Responsibilities: The Curitiba/PR branch has an open position for a Technical Support Advisor specializing in technical document analysis of tender notices, where: * Daily analysis of documents and product specifications to meet technical requirements of tender notices; * Identification of additional requirements related to tender specifications, such as deadlines, accessories, installations, certificates, etc.; * Clarification and resolution of technical queries with issuing authorities / Public Administration regarding the tender to minimize uncertainties; * Tabulation of product technical specifications; provision of technical support for tender progress based on tabulated analysis to relevant internal departments; * Technical follow-up in case of award announcements; * Provision of technical support to the commercial and after-sales teams upon request; * Technical assistance to the legal team for challenging, defending, or filing appeals related to tenders; * Technically defending the analysis versus non-qualified products; * Proactive acquisition of knowledge to understand technical requirements, thereby clarifying doubts or specifying requirements; * Exploration of complementary solutions, such as management software, among possible requirements correlated with the products.
