Printer installation and configuration The Bom Jesus Educational Group is seeking a professional to fill the position of Junior IT Support Technician at our Bom Jesus Lourdes Unit in Curitiba/PR. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide personalized support to students, staff, and faculty via phone, remote access, or in person; Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; Install and configure printers, ensuring proper functionality. REQUIREMENTS: Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields. Hardware assembly knowledge is desirable. Experience with the Google platform is desirable. Experience in Audiovisual (projectors, audio mixers, etc.) is desirable. NR 35 certification is desirable. JOB DETAILS: Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:35 PM. Work location: Cristo Rei, Curitiba/PR.
