Assisting employees **HUMAN RESOURCES INTERNSHIP** **JOB DESCRIPTION** A hospitality-sector company has an open opportunity for a **Human Resources Internship**, intended for students in the field, to support HR and Personnel Department routines, assist employees, and support internal initiatives under supervision. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist in timekeeping verification and calculation; * Assist in organizing and archiving documents; * Assist in supporting internal events; * Assist in employee assistance; * Assist in internal communication initiatives; * Assist in other activities related to the Human Resources department. **REQUIREMENTS** * Currently enrolled in a **Human Resources** program; * Basic knowledge of HR and Personnel Department functions; * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** and **Canva**; * Organizational skills, strong communication, proactivity, and time management. **WORK SCHEDULE** * Monday to Friday; * From **8:30 AM to 3:30 PM**. **STIPEND AND BENEFITS** * Monthly stipend: **R$ 1,500.00**; * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals. **WORK LOCATION** * Rua Comendador Araújo – Downtown Curitiba/PR, near Praça Osório.
