This person will play a fundamental role in process organization, information control, and supporting the department’s operational activities. If you enjoy working with organization and controls, and are interested in developing your career in HR, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities** * Support new employee onboarding by organizing checklists, system access, and operational guidance; * Support hiring and offboarding processes, including document verification, controls, and deadlines; * Organize and update spreadsheets and controls related to personnel movements; * Support internal communication administrative routines, such as adding or removing employees from official groups; * Assist in the pre-contractual process for partners, including document organization, certifications, and linkage with XP (where applicable); * Support the preparation and organization of HR reports and metrics.
