Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and organized professional to ensure the company's tax compliance through tax recording and calculation. Key Highlights: 1. Perform analysis, classification, and recording of tax documents. **Job Description:** ---------------------- We seek an analytical, organized, and detail-oriented professional attentive to constant updates in tax legislation, with a strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and focus on tax compliance. This person will be responsible for ensuring correct tax recording and calculation, guaranteeing that the company’s operations comply with current legislation, as well as providing technical guidance on tax matters to internal departments. Responsibilities include: analyzing, classifying, and recording incoming and outgoing tax documents; calculating and monitoring direct and indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, IRRF, INSS, ISS, among others); issuing tax payment slips and fulfilling ancillary obligations; performing and reviewing tax registrations and system configurations; managing tax credits and reversals; preparing tax reports and tax ledgers; monitoring federal and state tax legislation updates; providing technical support to internal departments and contributing to tax planning projects; and ensuring the company’s tax regularity with competent authorities. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Tax classification and recording; Tax calculation and Tax Substitution; SPED and ancillary obligations; Tax legislation (municipal, state, and federal); General accounting and financial mathematics; Inventory control and stocktaking; ERP system. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Basic knowledge of foreign trade. **Employment Regime:** -------------------------- CLT **PCD:** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- Meal allowance; Daily meal at the company; Discounts on Lightsweet products; Co-payment health plan; Co-payment dental plan; Pharmacy network agreement; Psychological on-call service and internal outpatient clinic; Group life insurance; Multi-benefit card; Gym network agreement; Agreements with educational institutions and language schools; Training paths, Individual Development Plans (IDP), feedback sessions, and performance evaluations; Attendance and tenure awards; On-site parking, transportation allowance, or corporate transportation. **Work Location:** ---------------------- LIGHTSWEET IND.
