Your contribution will be essential to the Apisnutri team! **Responsibilities:** * Receive and direct visitors, employees, and suppliers in person and via telephone; * Monitor and request purchases of HR office supplies; * Support labor-related routine activities, such as registrations, benefit plans, electronic timekeeping, and scheduling; * Support internal marketing activities; * Manage delivery of uniforms for administrative departments; * Monitor the executive management schedule; * Prepare activity reports. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Technical or technological degree in HR is considered a plus; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); * Availability for on-site work, Monday through Friday, in Mandaguari/PR.
