Management and organization of administrative and customer service routines We are looking for a committed, organized professional with strong communication skills to join our team. **Responsibilities:** \- Provide support to field teams, assisting with routine operational tasks; \- Contact customers to schedule and coordinate service appointments; \- Monitor, track, and resolve pending issues related to services; \- Organize and dispatch service schedules to responsible teams; \- Act as the interface between customers and technical teams, supporting installation, maintenance, and repair processes; \- Perform administrative routines, ensuring information organization and control. **Requirements:** \- Availability to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM; \- Availability to work on a 12x36 rotating schedule; \- Availability to work at Jardim Itaipu in Maringá. **Desirable:** \- Prior experience in administrative roles; \- Completed high school education; \- Basic knowledge of Excel. **Benefits:** \- Salary: R$1\.822,00; \- Fixed additional allowance: R$ 450,00; \- Meal allowance: R$ 540,00; \- Health insurance plan with 50% company contribution (optional); \- Dental insurance plan for R$ 8.60 (optional).
