




Job Summary: A professional responsible for handling system-related requests, managing access permissions, updating the knowledge base, preparing supporting materials, monitoring system updates, and assisting with technical analysis. Collaboration in system analysis and verification Main Responsibilities: * Receive system error reports via service tickets; assess whether the issue is technical or process-related; and open tickets with vendors if necessary; * Perform user registrations; * Grant system access permissions to users and groups; * Maintain the knowledge base of known errors to facilitate resolution of recurring issues; * Trigger system deployments or assist with web-based releases; * Install test environments (Desktop and Web); * Prepare materials to clarify user questions; * Monitor and send service reports to requesters; * Support departments during testing of system updates or new requirements for existing systems; * Monitor system updates to ensure business processes remain uninterrupted; * Request priority handling of requests from vendors based on needs and deadlines; * Execute SQL queries on group databases; * Assist in analyzing and verifying created access permissions (groups and users); * Collaborate in inventorying group systems. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; alternating Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
