Role Objective Provide support for HR department activities, ensuring process organization and **delivering agile, humanized, and efficient service to employees**, contributing to a positive employee experience within the company. Main Responsibilities Employee Service (a highly important activity) * Conduct **daily employee service** * Clarify questions regarding **benefits, internal policies, documents, HR processes, and timekeeping records**. * Support employees with administrative requests, such as certificates, forms, and general guidance. * Forward requests to responsible parties when necessary and monitor resolution. * Ensure **agility, courtesy, and clarity in communication with staff**. Recruitment and Selection * Post job openings on platforms and professional networks. * Screen resumes and conduct initial contact with candidates. * Schedule interviews and organize the selection process. Hiring and Onboarding * Receive and verify hiring documents. * Assist in registering new employees in internal systems. * Organize the onboarding process for new employees. Benefits Administration * Support in monitoring and adding/removing beneficiaries * Address inquiries related to benefits. Timekeeping Control and Administrative Routines * Assist in monitoring and verifying timekeeping records. * Organize and update employee files and records. * Support HR administrative reporting and controls.
