




Job Summary: Financial Analyst to manage cash flow, accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliation, reporting, and proposal of improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to propose improvements and innovations. ü Prepare short-term cash flow forecasts by analyzing actual inflows and outflows (revenues and expenses), aligned with the company's strategic planning. ü Analyze "accounts receivable", performing write-offs, collections, and subsequently identifying discrepancies, justifying\-them or carrying out corrections. ü Process and monitor "accounts payable". Register, organize, schedule, and reconcile all the company's financial obligations, aiming to prevent internal and external pending issues. Provide financial transaction reports to the accounting department, targeting 100% reconciliation and future financial statements. Perform daily bank account reconciliations against the company's ERP system entries. Perform daily cash closing at reception desks; Develop and monitor monthly financial closing indicators, always aligned with leadership. Propose improvements to processes, policies, and procedures to optimize departmental performance; Develop financial reports to track departmental results, analyze outcomes, and identify deviations to support decision-making. Define criteria and suggest control models and systems, keeping abreast of emerging technologies and software aligned with the company's needs; Promote organizational identity through the institution's mission, vision, and values. · Desirable: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
