This professional will be responsible for supporting the executive board in strategic decision-making, preparing management reports, managing expenses by cost center, and developing budgeting and control processes. If you are detail-oriented, skilled at transforming data into strategic insights, and eager to grow in an innovative environment, we look forward to your application! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Accounting and financial analysis for complex financial operations, with emphasis on FIDCs, Fintechs, or the Financial Market. * Preparation of management reports to provide strategic visibility and support executive decision-making. * Expense management by cost center, ensuring compliance and resource efficiency. * Development of advanced spreadsheets for annual budget preparation and monitoring of variances between budgeted and actual results. * Direct interface with leaders across different departments to monitor budget and performance, identify deviations, and propose solutions. * Support in executing unstructured financial calculations, such as CCBs and NCs. * Calculation of bonuses and commissions for sales teams and other company departments. * Automation of processes and reports using advanced Excel, including macro development. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in management accounting, preferably in environments such as FIDCs, fintechs, and the financial market. * Advanced Excel skills, including ability to create and manage macros and automations. * Solid knowledge of financial mathematics and robust analytical capabilities. * Ability to handle complex and unstructured financial calculations. * Experience in expense management by cost center and in developing budgeting processes. * Communication skills to interact effectively with leaders across various departments, providing strategic support. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Postgraduate studies or specialization are a plus. **Desirable/Preferred Qualifications:** * Certifications in accounting or finance. * Experience with accounting management software and ERP systems. * Experience in companies undergoing transformation or experiencing rapid growth. * Experience in fintech or startup companies.
