Job Summary: First-level technical support professional for Windows, networks, Active Directory, and Office 365, assisting with maintenance and security. Key Highlights: 1. First-level technical support (on-site and remote) 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment 3. User account management in internal directories * Provide **first-level technical support** to users (on-site and remote). * Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of: Operating systems (Windows); Corporate applications; Equipment (laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals); Windows Server. * Monitor and support **network** operations, including Wi\-Fi and cabling (basic level). * Execute **preventive and corrective maintenance** routines on equipment. * Manage user accounts in internal directories (e.g., Active Directory – creation, password reset, permissions). * Support collaboration tools (Office 365, Teams, Outlook). * Assist in deploying updates, patches, and security policies. * Escalate incidents as needed to Junior/Senior levels. **Technical Requirements** * Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, and switches). * Experience with Windows 10/11 and remote support tools. * Basic hardware knowledge (diagnosis and component replacement). * Familiarity with Active Directory and GPO (basic level). * Knowledge of Office 365 / Microsoft 365\. * Understanding of corporate antivirus solutions and security policies.
