Engage in consultative sales of parts and services, adding value. Motorcycle dealership network seeks an After\-Sales Consultant in Fazenda Rio Grande (Downtown). Motocar PR is a company specialized in motorcycle sales and maintenance. We offer a wide range of services and products for motorcyclists across Brazil. **Responsibilities:** Greet customers at the workshop, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions. Perform check\-lists on motorcycles upon receipt, identifying damages and maintenance requirements. Monitor the progress of mechanical services, keeping customers continuously informed about deadlines and status. Manage parts orders and inventory control with Honda to ensure prompt service delivery. Request and track warranties for parts and services. Actively engage in consultative sales of parts and services, adding value and enhancing customer satisfaction. Deliver serviced motorcycles, explaining performed services and advising on future care. Maintain organized and up-to-date records in the system, ensuring complete service history. Build and strengthen customer relationships to ensure loyalty and repeat business. Previous experience as Customer Service Specialist, After\-Sales Analyst, Relationship Coordinator, or Customer Support Assistant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
