We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated Project Analyst to join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Interface with Budgeting, Construction, Planning, and Product departments; * Project coordination and analysis, engineering support; * Review regulations and requirements from utility providers (e.g., electricity, water, etc.); * Support contractor selection of designers; * Manage projects according to company standards and other discipline-related projects; * Coordinate complementary projects; * Ensure project standardization in compliance with applicable laws and regulations; * Monitor project approvals at utility providers (Sanepar, Copel, Equatorial, Fire Department, Sabesp, etc.); * Develop departmental improvement projects; * Participate in BIM implementation; * Ensure adherence to approval schedules. * Support development of departmental procedures by identifying potential improvements; * Monitor project development schedule; * Report missing information, documents, or projects interfering with project development; * Consult suppliers and designers regarding installations affecting the project. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Civil Engineering; * Proven experience in the economic segment of the construction industry; * Knowledge of structural masonry, electrical, plumbing, PPCI, gas, and foundation projects; * Familiarity with submission processes for complementary projects at utility providers (Sanepar, Copel, Fire Department, etc.); * Knowledge of CAIXA’s Code of Practices; * Knowledge of NBR 15575; * Knowledge of NBR 9050; **Additional Information** * Competitive or above-market remuneration; * Career and salary plan; * Birthday day off; * Paid vacation after one year of contract.
