




Job Summary: Responsible for all operational processes of a branch, managing teams, patient care, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of regulatory compliance and resource management · Responsible for all branch operational processes, such as patient care, team management, and other related activities; · Conduct meetings with staff and medical teams to align on new initiatives and clarify the unit's operational workflow; · Monitor the clinical team's appointment schedule to identify idle time slots and explore alternatives for utilization; · Analyze and resolve incidents related to patient care and satisfaction, including those involving medical staff, clinic staff, receptionists, or other departments; · Pay attention to and assist in handling patient complaints via the Ombudsman’s Office, ensuring timely responses and appropriate solutions; · Be responsible for renewing licenses with CRM/PR, COREN/PR, Health Surveillance Agency, Fire Department Inspection Certificate, PGRS, and CNES; · Maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); · Track and manage service contracts (e.g., pest control, sterilization, equipment maintenance, elevator maintenance, etc.); · Supervise and control the unit’s expenditures, ensuring conscientious and responsible use of organizational resources, assets, and capital; · Prepare, update, and evaluate managerial reports; · Be accountable for daily cash reconciliation and administration of received funds per protocol; · Report required information and documents to the Executive Management. · Monitor service delivery indicators, provide improvement feedback based on respective monitoring and productivity metrics. · Keep the team informed about changes to new services; ensure seamless operation of services used by the team; guarantee full team familiarity with tools, workflows, and work systems. · Share management indicators with the team, diagnose problems and failures to develop differentiated service solutions, and request and manage access permissions to systems used in patient care. This Branch Supervisor position is scheduled from 08:00 to 18:00, Monday through Friday. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Bachelor’s degree in related fields (e.g., hospital management, business administration, managerial processes). · Postgraduate studies preferred. · Familiarity with the TASY system preferred.
