Responsibilities: \* Paint facades and common areas, curbs; \- Clean and organize locations where maintenance services were performed, removing debris, sweeping, eliminating residues and stains. \* Perform low-complexity maintenance in electrical systems, data networks, and telephone systems (e.g., replacing light bulbs, switches, outlets, etc.) to ensure operational functionality of installations. \- Move furniture. \* Ensure proper conservation of materials, tools, and equipment used in maintenance services, requesting replacements when necessary. \- Sweeping, raking, and cleaning lawns. \- Irrigating and watering plants.
